6 levels of understanding of practical tools in NLP
1.環境層次
1. Environmental level
是我們客觀存在的這個城市的環境,包括時間、地點、人物、發生了什么事等。

2.行為層次
2. Behavioral hierarchy
是我們在這里做了什么,或者說我們沒做什么,我們都行動了一些什么東西。

是一個人具備什么樣子的能力,有什么特長,有什么天賦,可以做哪些事情可以做得特別好?或者說哪些事情比較不擅長?這屬于能力層次的信息。

4.信念、價值觀

并非是指頭銜,它是指一個人在內心世界里對自我的定位。那么NLP里講的身份是內在對自我的肯定。簡單來說就是在人生當中要成為什么樣的人。當對自己的身份有這樣一個定位,才能夠有效地去吸引到想要的資源和條件,也才能有效地支持個體去實現人生的理想,還能有效地把對個體沒有支持、沒有用的其他東西放下。
It is not a title, it refers to a person's positioning of themselves in their inner world. So the identity mentioned in NLP is an internal affirmation of oneself.
